Jiangsu Runshi: Releases the RSA190 Series of High-Voltage Integrated Current-Sensing Chips
The RSA190 series is an integrated current-sensing chip that supports a wide common-mode input voltage range, with an operating supply voltage of 2.3 V to 5.5 V and a common-mode input voltage range of –6 V to 42 V. It is suitable for current‑sensing applications in bus‑voltage systems below 24 V and in multi‑cell battery‑series configurations.

The RSA190 series offers three fixed gain settings—25, 50, and 100—with a maximum gain error as low as 0.1% at room temperature, enabling it to meet the demands of a wider range of applications and current‑sensing accuracy requirements. Other key specifications are as follows:
Ø Gain-Bandwidth Product (GBP): 83 kHz at G = 50;
Ø Low input offset voltage (Vos): 30 μV (max);
Ø Gain error temperature coefficient: 15 ppm/°C (max);

RSA190 builds upon the parameters of mainstream market‑available products and further optimizes parameters such as the common‑mode input voltage range, enabling it to better withstand high‑voltage surge impacts on the measurement bus, enhance common‑mode interference suppression, and improve current‑sensing accuracy.
