Jiangsu Runshi: Announces the High-Voltage Integrated Current-Sensing Chip RSA193

The RSA193 series is an integrated current‑sense chip that supports a wide common‑mode input voltage range, with an operating supply voltage of 4 V to 18 V and a common‑mode input voltage range of –16 V to 105 V. It is well suited for current‑sensing applications in 24 V and 48 V bus‑voltage systems, as well as in multi‑cell series‑connected battery systems.

The RSA193 series offers three fixed gain settings—20, 50, and 100—with a maximum gain error of as low as 1% at room temperature, enabling it to meet the requirements of a wider range of applications and current‑sensing accuracy. Other key parameters are as follows:
  Gain-Bandwidth Product (GBP): 550 kHz;
  Low Input Offset Voltage (Vos): 2.2 mV (Max);
  The gain error is at most 2% across the entire temperature range.
  Low input bias current (IB): 15 μA;
  Low power consumption (Iq): 0.96 mA (Typ);
  High Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR): 106 dB (Typ)
  High Common-Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR): 125 dB (Typ)
  High capacitive load capability; 10 nF
  Extended industrial temperature range: -40°C to 125°C.

RSA193 builds upon the specifications of mainstream market‑available products, further optimizing parameters such as the common‑mode input voltage range to better withstand high‑voltage surge events on the measurement bus, enhance common‑mode interference rejection, and improve current‑sensing accuracy.

RSA193 is available in the standard SOT23-5 package and fully supports the functionality and applications of the INA193, INA194, and INA195.
