Qixing Huachuang

Beijing Qixing Huachuang Microelectronics Co., Ltd. was formerly known as the Eighth Branch of the State-owned No. 798 Factory. The company primarily focuses on the development and manufacturing of a wide range of general-purpose and custom-designed monolithic integrated circuits, hybrid integrated circuit modules, and microsystems. It is a high-tech enterprise that integrates R&D, production, and sales under one roof. As early as 1967, the company established a thick-film hybrid integrated circuit production line, marking the beginning of its more than 50-year journey of growth and innovation. In the early 1980s, it further strengthened its capabilities by introducing a complete set of internationally advanced equipment for thick- and thin-film hybrid integrated circuits, along with cutting-edge production techniques and a sophisticated quality assurance system. Today, the company has become a leading domestic production base renowned for its state-of-the-art equipment and technology, delivering highly reliable hybrid integrated circuits. Currently, the company serves as a Vice Chairman unit within the Hybrid Integrated Circuit Branch of the China Electronic Component Industry Association. It boasts advanced production facilities, including a state-of-the-art thick-film hybrid IC line, a semiconductor IC production line, a low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) production line, and an SMT assembly line. Since 2010, the company has expanded its business into the design and development of monolithic integrated circuits, assembling a robust team of analog and digital IC designers. Notably, after years of dedicated research and development, the company has successfully created a series of high-performance point-of-load power solutions.
