Beijing Qixing Huachuang Microelectronics Co., Ltd. was formerly known as the Eighth Branch of the State-owned No. 798 Factory. The company primarily focuses on the development and manufacturing of a wide range of general-purpose and custom-designed monolithic integrated circuits, hybrid integrated circuit modules, and microsystems. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales under one roof. The company established its thick-film hybrid integrated circuit production line as early as 1967, marking the beginning of more than 50 years of continuous growth and innovation. In the early 1980s, it further strengthened its capabilities by introducing a complete set of internationally advanced equipment for thick- and thin-film hybrid integrated circuits, along with cutting-edge production technologies and a sophisticated quality assurance system. Today, the company has become a leading domestic production base for highly reliable hybrid integrated circuits, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and technology. Currently, the company serves as the Vice Chairman unit of the Hybrid Integrated Circuit Branch under the China Electronic Component Industry Association. It boasts advanced production lines for thick-film hybrid integrated circuits, semiconductor integrated circuits, low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) components, and SMT assembly processes. Since 2010, the company has expanded its business into the design and development of monolithic integrated circuits, assembling a robust team of analog and digital IC designers. Notably, after years of dedicated research and development, the company has successfully created a series of high-performance point-of-load power products.
