Shanghai Songshan Electronics Co., Ltd. (formerly Shanghai Electronic Components Factory No. 15) is a specialized, technology-driven enterprise dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of various types of miniature fuses. As one of the oldest and most established manufacturers in China’s miniature fuse industry, the company serves as the Vice-Chair unit for the Miniature Fuse Sub-Technical Committee under the National Fuse Standardization Technical Committee. Its origins trace back to the Electronic Components Factory No. 15, which was originally affiliated with the Shanghai Instrument & Telecommunications Industry Bureau. Established in 1958, the company underwent a comprehensive restructuring in 2000, marking over 50 years of continuous operation to date. During this time, it has been a key supplier supporting China’s national defense industry for more than 40 years and has provided critical components for aerospace applications for over 20 years. In 2007, the company completed the construction of a new state-of-the-art facility within the Jinshan Industrial Park, integrating research and development, testing, and production—all across an expansive site spanning over 50 mu.
