In terms of fault handling, the NSI6911F series supports Three-State Output Strategy , enabling the drive system to follow a more rational response path under abnormal conditions and significantly enhancing the robustness of the vehicle’s electric drive system.

Meanwhile, the NSI6911F series offers a wide range of power-management and protection-threshold configuration options, enabling flexible design solutions for diverse application scenarios and simplifying system replacement and development workflows. The NSI6911F supports a primary-side input voltage of up to 32 V and provides a 5-V LDO regulator; the secondary side features a 5-V LDO regulator as well as a wide-range, adjustable VCC2 LDO spanning 14–21 V. These comprehensive integrated power supplies help reduce the need for upstream pre-DC-DC converters on the low-voltage side and dedicated high-voltage power supplies, while the flexible, adjustable output voltages enhance system versatility. Reduce power supply design changes in the upper-level system 。

Overview of the NSI6911F Functional Safety Driver from Naxin Micro

Integrates a 12-bit high-precision isolated ADC for “on-site sensing,” enhancing system real-time performance.

NSI6911F Series Integrates an industry-leading, ASIL B–qualified 12-bit high-precision isolated ADC. , enabling local high-precision sampling and isolated transmission of critical voltage and current signals in the system. Compared with traditional discrete solutions, this design significantly reduces the number of external components such as operational amplifiers, isolators, and standalone ADCs, thereby effectively lowering system complexity and BOM costs. The ASIL B–rated ADC also features on-chip diagnostic capabilities and noise-suppression technologies, allowing the NSI6911F to simultaneously enhance sampling robustness and anti-interference performance.

Built-in isolated ADC for high dv/dt environments Can provide more stable, low-latency data feedback. , thereby providing a reliable basis for control and protection decision-making. In addition, this integrated solution directly supports functional safety design requirements, enhances the observability of critical parameters and improves diagnostic coverage, helping customers build electric drive systems with higher integration and greater reliability.

Pin-compatible design and a fully domestic supply chain ensure rapid deployment and reliable delivery.

The NSI6911 series features an SSOW32 package, offering pin-to-pin and BOM-to-BOM compatibility with competing devices. This enables customers to quickly replace existing components in their current designs without requiring PCB layout modifications, thereby significantly lowering the barrier to adoption and shortening the development cycle.

In terms of the supply chain, this product series is built on a fully domestic ecosystem spanning wafer fabrication through packaging and testing, delivering enhanced controllability and stability while effectively mitigating supply risks arising from external environmental fluctuations. Coupled with Naxinwei’s localized technical support and agile delivery capabilities, the NSI6911F series empowers OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to accelerate product iteration and ramp up mass production—while ensuring both performance and functional safety.
