Chengdu Hongming Electronics Co., Ltd. (State-owned Factory No. 715) was one of the 156 key construction projects during the First Five-Year Plan period, and the company boasts over 60 years of history in research, development, and production of electronic components. It is a subsidiary of Sichuan Investment Information Industry Group Co., Ltd.
The company achieved ISO9002 international quality system certification in 1994 and later obtained ISO9001:2000 certification in 2002. It is recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise in Sichuan Province and hosts a National Enterprise Technology Center. Since 1987, the company has consistently earned the title of "Top 100 Chinese Electronic Component Enterprises" for over 30 consecutive years. In 2018, it was honored as a "National Demonstration Enterprise for Technological Innovation"—one of only 68 such enterprises nationwide, with just 4 from Sichuan Province, making it the sole recipient in Sichuan's electronics and information technology sector.
The company’s main products include: specialty ceramic dielectric capacitors; organic film capacitors; mica capacitors; connectors and filter-connectors; positive and negative temperature coefficient thermistors; temperature sensors; high-power thick-film resistors; precision wire-wound potentiometers; precision conductive plastic potentiometers; precision glass-encapsulated potentiometers; precision displacement sensors; magnetoresistive sensors; variable differential displacement sensors; EMI electromagnetic interference suppression filters; and board-array filters, among others. Additionally, the company provides customers with electromagnetic compatibility system solutions as well as connector interconnection solutions. The company primarily serves key national projects in industries such as aerospace, aviation, weaponry, shipbuilding, electronics, and the nuclear sector, supplying components that are integral to these critical systems. Its products are widely used in fields like telecommunications, automotive electronics, home appliances, and new energy technologies.
The company oversees four key wholly-owned subsidiaries: Chengdu Hongke Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., Chengdu Hongming Shuangxin Technology Co., Ltd., Zhuzhou Hongming Riwang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and Suining Hongming Huaci Technology Co., Ltd.
