Beijing Gala Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Gala Electronics") was originally established in March 2004 as Beijing Gala Electronics System Technology Co., Ltd., and was restructured into a joint-stock company in 2016. Located at No. 5 Lianhuayuan, Haidian District, Beijing, the company is a nationally accredited High-Tech Enterprise, an Integrated Circuit Design Enterprise recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and a "Gazelle" enterprise within the Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone.
