Jinzhou 777

Jinzhou 777 Microelectronics Co., Ltd. traces its origins to the state-owned 777 Factory, a specialized semiconductor plant with over 50 years of manufacturing history. It was among the first batch of nationally recognized designated production facilities for analog integrated circuits. Today, the company operates three dedicated production lines: a monolithic analog IC line, a hybrid IC line, and a microcircuit module line. The monolithic analog IC line primarily produces more than 100 product varieties, including operational amplifiers, voltage comparators, timing circuits, voltage references, and integrated regulators, with an annual mass-production capacity of 600,000 units. Meanwhile, the hybrid IC line boasts an annual output capacity of 50,000 units, while the microcircuit module line can produce up to 20,000 modules per year.

How to Use a Multiphase Boost Converter

When the required system voltage exceeds the available supply voltage, a boost converter is typically an ideal solution. However, conventional standard boost topologies are not the only option. In certain application scenarios, phase-shifted multiphase boost converters can deliver superior performance: these converters achieve higher efficiency under heavy-load conditions while significantly reducing the required capacitance values for both the input and output stages.
