New Product Recommendation: Borui Jixin Launches L-, S-, and C-Band Low-Noise Amplifiers with Integrated Bypass Control
Product Overview
Bypass Low-Noise Amplifier
Recently, Borui Jixin has launched four low-noise amplifiers—BR9923DAJ, BR9924DAJ, BR9925DAJ, and BR9926DAJ—featuring integrated bypass control. Operating over a frequency range of 30 MHz to 6 GHz, these devices all come in an DFN8 package. In LNA mode, they deliver exceptionally flat gain, while in bypass mode they offer high IIP3 performance. Additionally, the entire series is powered by a single +3.3 V or +5 V supply and features nanosecond‑level switching times, enabling dynamic adaptation to TDD systems. They also support low‑power modes, allowing flexible trade‑offs between power consumption and performance.
BR9923DAJ
Operating frequency: 0.03 GHz ~ 2 GHz
Vdd = +3.3 V, 23 mA (LNA)
Vdd = +3.3 V, 2 mA (Bypass)
Small-signal gain: 20.0 ± 0.5
Insertion loss: 2.0 dB @ 1 GHz
Features: high gain flatness, low power consumption, low noise, etc.
BR9926DAJ
Operating frequency: 4 GHz to 6 GHz
Vdd = +5 V, 64 mA (LNA)
Vdd = +5 V, 4 mA (Bypass)
Small-signal gain: 21.0 ± 0.45
Insertion loss: 1.0 dB @ 5 GHz
Features: high gain flatness, low noise, etc.
This product series can significantly optimize the system’s noise floor and receive sensitivity. By integrating an LNA and a bypass mode into a single chip, it can replace the conventional “LNA + SPDT switch” architecture, simplifying front-end design.
