Introduction

The AiP8M1516 is an AD‑type 8051‑core MCU, featuring a built-in 16 KB MTP ROM, 256 bytes of IRAM, and 256 bytes of XRAM. It integrates Timer0/1/5, a WDT, LVD, UART, and a 12‑bit ADC.
