Borui Jixin New Product Recommendation: Noise Figure of 0.35 dB | Ultra-Low-Noise Amplifier for L- and S-Bands

Product Overview

● L- and S-band ultra-low-noise amplifier

Recently, Borei Jixin has launched two new ultra-low-noise amplifiers—BR9918DAJ and BR9919DAJ. Operating in the frequency range of 0.4 GHz to 3 GHz, both amplifiers come in a DFN8 package. While achieving ultra-low noise performance, they also deliver high linearity and a compact size. In addition, both products operate on a single +5V supply and support external current adjustment, allowing for flexible tuning to meet varying power consumption and performance requirements.

Among them, the BR9919DAJ stands out particularly. At 1.2 GHz, its noise figure is only 0.35 dB, while its OIP3 reaches 38.2 dBm. This significantly optimizes the system's noise floor and receiver sensitivity, thereby extending communication range and enhancing the ability to stably capture and decode weak signals.

These two products are ideal front-end receivers for ultra-long-distance communication systems such as Beidou, TianTong, and radar, providing reliable assurance for critical links.
