Chengchang Technology was established in November 2010 and specializes in the R&D, production, sales, and technical services of microwave and millimeter-wave analog phased-array T/R chips (hereinafter referred to as "phased-array T/R chips"). The company is one of the few domestic enterprises capable of delivering comprehensive solutions for phased-array T/R chips. It primarily offers a range of products based on GaN, GaAs, and silicon-based technologies, along with tailored technical solutions to meet diverse market needs. Its product portfolio includes power amplifier chips, low-noise amplifier chips, analog beamforming chips, and passive components designed specifically for phased-array applications, covering frequencies from the L-band to the W-band. These innovative products have already been deployed in critical fields such as detection, remote sensing, communications, navigation, and electronic warfare, finding applications in spaceborne, airborne, shipborne, vehicle-mounted, and ground-based phased-array radars. Additionally, they are increasingly being adopted in emerging areas like satellite internet, 5G millimeter-wave communications, and security radar systems.
