Beijing Yuxiang Electronics Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in the design and manufacturing of semiconductor integrated circuits and discrete devices. The company was established in 2012 through the integration of several enterprises, including Beijing Yuxiang Electronics Co., Ltd. (formerly Beijing Semiconductor Device Factory No. 3), Beijing Semiconductor Device Factory No. 5, Beijing Semiconductor Device Factory No. 6, and Beijing Shawei Electronics Co., Ltd. Following the integration, Yuxiang now operates a 4-inch aluminum-gate and silicon-gate CMOS integrated circuit chip production line, a 6-inch analog integrated circuit semiconductor chip fabrication line, an integrated voltage regulator production line, and a specialized production line for PN silicon single-crystal transistors. Additionally, the company has launched an 8-inch BCD process production line capable of manufacturing chips with feature sizes ranging from 0.11µm to 0.35µm. Yuxiang boasts a diverse range of specialty device production lines covering technologies such as digital circuits, power management circuits, PN single-crystal transistors, bipolar junction transistors, and field-effect transistors. The company is also equipped with advanced screening and testing equipment for both integrated circuits and discrete devices. With this robust infrastructure, Yuxiang is fully capable of designing, developing, producing, testing, aging, and servicing hundreds of IC and discrete device models, each available in thousands of unique specifications.
